Ethan Featherstone, Esq.
Ethan earned his Bachelor's Degree in Landscape and Urban Horticulture from BYU. He then obtained his furls Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2009 and is licensed to practice law in Nevada.
He has practiced in the area of bankruptcy law since 2009, but he also worked in personal injury between 2012 and 2016 where he handled numerous cases and multiple mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
In the bankruptcy field, he has managed many consumer and corporate bankruptcies under Chapter 7, 11, and 13 with an emphasis on consumer cases and litigated matters. He enjoys getting to know clients who are experiencing financial hardship, and he gets satisfaction from seeing clients use bankruptcy to free themselves from burdensome debt.
When not at the office, Ethan enjoys spending his time with his family and friends as well as occasional travel.
Matthew McArthur, Esq.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Matthew graduated from Durango High School where he continued his education, majoring in Criminal Justice at UNLV. After receiving his degree, Se went on to attend William S. Boyd school of Law.
During Jaw school, he was fortunate to extern for the esteemed Judge Lloyd George, whom the Federal Courthouse is earned after.
When he graduated in 2009, the country was in the midst of a deep economic recession. When Las Vegas was hit hard, Matthew jumped right into bankruptcy and immediately knew it was the area of law that he would continue to practice.
He married his wife in 2006 and since then has added five children to his family. He has been active in the community as a youth sports coach and regularly volunteers at his church.
Cortney Redmund, Esq.
Alter graduating from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2009, Cortney gained fidget on experience in construction, real estate, and general business.
Prior to bankruptcy, Cortney practiced as a creditors' attorney and has knowledge of the various rules and regulations that apply to creditors.
Cortney was raised in Midway, Utah and currently lives there with his wife and four children. He enjoys playing soccer, watching and coaching his children play soccer, outdoor activities with his family including mountain biking, hiking and golf, traveling, and watching sports.
